# Refund Policy **Last Updated: June 2026** At DigitalBusiness.cards, many of our products and services are custom, personalized, or digital in nature. Because of this, all sales are generally considered final. ## No Refunds Unless otherwise required by law, DigitalBusiness.cards does not offer refunds for: * Digital business cards * Subscription fees * Custom NFC business cards * Smart ID badges * QR code products * Custom-branded products * Personalized products * Services that have already been delivered or activated ## Customer Approval Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all information, artwork, spelling, and content before production or activation. DigitalBusiness.cards is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer. ## Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery. At our sole discretion, we may: * Repair the product; * Replace the product; or * Issue a store credit. Photographs and supporting information may be required. ## Shipping Delays Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. ## Duplicate Charges If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us immediately.
